Preparation steps
Initial step
Wash the tomatoes and dice them finely. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon and mash it with a fork. Season the avocado flesh with salt and pepper and fold in the diced tomatoes.
Step 1
Toast the slices of low-carb bread in the toaster.
