Preparation steps

Initial step

Preheat oven to 160°C (or 180°C fan-assisted).

Step 1

Place the fish in a baking dish.

Step 2

In a bowl, add the marinade ingredients: olive oil, tomato paste, tarragon, oregano, salt and pepper.

Mix these ingredients well and pour over the fish.

Step 3

Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices and place them alternately over the fish.

End step

Bake the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
