Preparation steps
Initial step
Boil the potatoes with a little salt.
Let the potatoes cool slightly and then cut into strips.
Dice the cucumber and slice the bell peppers.
Finely chop the chili pepper.
Make a marinade from the chili, oil, salt, pepper, and herbs and pour it over the potatoes.
