Rozgrzej olej na dużej patelni. Dodaj kurczaka,cebulę,czosnek i papryczkę chilli. Smaż przez 4-5minut, aż kurczak lekko się zrumieni, a cebula zacznie mięknąć. Dodaj kardamon,nasiona kuminu,chilli w płatkach,imbir oraz kurkumę i smaż kolejną minutę. Dodaj szpinak po chwili dodaj pomidory,przykryj i gotuj na wolnym ogniu przez 15minut, po 10 minutach zdejmij pokrywkę.Do curry dodaj jogurt oraz posiekaną kolendrę. Można podawać z ryżem Uwaga!
